My Current Routine (as of Summer 2014)

Daily Routine (Twice a day)

  1. Spritz
  2. Oil
  3. Conditioner

Weekly Routine

  1. During the week: Protective Styles
  2. If humidity permits wear in twist out or braid out during the weekend
  3. Co-wash ( Major side effect to everyday gym) if there is buildup

Biweekly

  1. Hair Masque/Deep Condition

Monthly

  1. Clarify
  2. Shampoo
